No Refunds

All sales of Seedly Communities are final. Because the Product is digital source code delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product (source code) that cannot be "returned" once accessed, and you agree to waive any right to a refund.

Why No Refunds?

Seedly Communities is sold as complete source code. Once you download the code, you have full, unrestricted access to every file. Unlike SaaS subscriptions that can be revoked, source code cannot be "taken back." This is standard practice for source code and boilerplate products across the industry.

Bundle Pricing

Seedly Communities is $399 on its own. The $150 bundle price applies only when it is purchased in the same checkout as Seedly CRM.

Because all sales are final, a standalone purchase cannot be refunded and repurchased at the bundle price, and the bundle price cannot be applied retroactively to an earlier purchase. If you want the bundle price, buy both products together in one checkout.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with your download (corrupted file, missing license key, download link not working), contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. Technical support for delivery problems is always provided regardless of this refund policy.
