Community Events Platform
Events your members actually show up to.
One-time and recurring events with RSVPs, capacity waitlists, and automatic reminders, on the same platform as your feed, chat, and classroom. No Calendly, no add-ons, no extra monthly tools.
Real product UI · shot coming
One payment. Full source code. Unlimited members, forever.
What It Does
Everything you get, in the same source you own.
Month, week, and day views
A real calendar, not a pinned post with dates.
Recurring events
Daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or by weekday patterns.
Timezone-aware and DST-safe
A 6pm call stays 6pm for everyone when the clocks change.
Per-instance editing
Move one occurrence without breaking the series.
RSVPs
Yes, No, and Maybe, tracked per member.
Capacity waitlists with auto-promotion
When a seat opens, the next member is promoted automatically.
Email reminders
Configurable reminders and cancellation notices go out on their own.
Audience-restricted events
Limit an event to the tiers or levels that should see it.
The math
Five years of the duct-tape stack.
Most creators pay for both at once, the community rent and the meeting tool. Here the calendar, RSVPs, reminders, and the live room all ship in the platform you own. Competitor prices as publicly listed July 2026, verify before you rely on them.
How It Works
In plain English.
Create the event
One-time or recurring, with capacity if you need it.
Members RSVP in the community
No external booking tool, no separate login.
Reminders go out automatically
Configurable timing, cancellations handled too.
Full seats grow waitlists
Openings promote the next member without you touching it.
The events stack you rent is three tools deep.
The typical creator runs a calendar tool, a meeting tool, and a group, each with its own bill and none of them talking to the others. Community SaaS bundles events, but meters the platform monthly and caps live hours by plan tier.
Here events are one module of a platform you bought once. The RSVP data, the attendance history, and the member records all live in one database that belongs to you. Skool Pro is $1,188 a year, every year. This whole platform is $399 once.
Your event history and your RSVP list are community data. They should live in your database, not across three subscriptions.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does it handle timezones and daylight saving?
Yes, properly. Recurring events are timezone-aware and DST-safe, so a weekly 6pm call stays 6pm for every member when the clocks change. You can also edit a single occurrence without breaking the series.
What happens when an event fills up?
Capacity events grow a waitlist automatically. When someone drops, the next member on the list is promoted and notified without you doing anything.
Can I limit an event to paying members?
Yes. Events can be audience-restricted to the tiers or member levels that should see them, so a paid mastermind call never leaks to the free tier.
Do events work with the live video module?
Yes. Schedule a live session against an event and members join from the same page. The live module streams in HD and records automatically. It runs on Daily, a dedicated video provider you connect with your own account, and the details live on the live streaming page.
Do members get reminder emails?
Yes. Reminder timing is configurable and cancellation notices go out on their own. In-app notifications ride along, and push notifications are available when you wrap the platform in the included mobile shell.
What does it cost to run?
The license is $399 once. After that you pay your own hosting and the accounts the platform runs on, which for a typical community lands in the tens of dollars a month, not hundreds. There is no per-member fee and no cut of your revenue.
