Online Community Platform
The whole community stack, under your brand.
Feed, chat, classroom, events, live video, and payments in one platform. You buy the source once, put your logo and domain on it, and never send a monthly check to anyone.
Real product UI · shot coming
One payment. Full source code. Unlimited members, forever.
What It Does
Everything you get, in the same source you own.
Your brand everywhere
Your logo, favicon, name, and tagline replace ours across the app and the emails it sends.
Design tokens
Recolor the whole platform from one editor with live preview. Palette, typography, radius, and spacing.
Custom domain
Run it at community.yourbrand.com with auto-redirect from the default URL.
Branded transactional email
Even the notification emails match your palette, not ours.
Unlimited communities
The license covers unlimited community sites, for yourself or for clients.
Four member roles
Owner, admin, moderator, and member, with real permission boundaries.
REST API and webhooks
API keys, rate limiting, and outbound webhooks with retries, so the platform wires into the rest of your stack.
Full source code
Modify anything. Keep your changes private. Commercial license included.
The math
Own it once, or rent the white label for five years.
Five years of rent versus one payment. Competitor prices as publicly listed July 2026, and they drift, so check them yourself. The math does not get closer either way.
How It Works
In plain English.
Buy the source
$399 once through Stripe. The download link and license key arrive immediately.
Deploy it
Stand it up on infrastructure you control with the step-by-step guide.
Make it yours
Logo, colors, domain, tiers. Strip every trace of us.
Invite members
Your community, your data, your revenue from day one.
White label usually means renting harder.
The white-label tier is where community platforms charge the most. Disciple and Honeycommb run $399 to $599 a month for the privilege. Mighty Networks holds full white-label hostage in a custom Pro contract priced by negotiation. Skool does not offer it at any price, your community lives at skool.com with their branding on it.
Seedly Communities inverts that. White-label is not a tier here, it is just what owning the source code means. Your logo, your domain, your Stripe, your database. Skool Pro is $1,188 a year, every year, without white-label. This whole platform is $399 once.
White-label is not our top tier. It is just what owning the source code means.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Will my members ever see Seedly branding?
No. Your logo, your colors, your domain, your email sender. There is no powered-by badge and no Seedly account for your members. Once deployed, the platform is indistinguishable from software you built.
What does it actually cost to run?
The license is $399 once. After that you pay your own hosting and the accounts the platform runs on, which for a typical community lands in the tens of dollars a month, not hundreds. There is no per-member fee and no cut of your revenue.
Can I run communities for clients?
Yes. The commercial license explicitly covers unlimited community sites for yourself or for clients. Charge them whatever you want. Nothing comes back to us.
Where does it actually run?
On accounts you own. The frontend deploys to Vercel and the backend runs on Convex, a managed database and functions platform, both under your own logins with your own keys, plus your own Stripe for payments. That is the honest version of ownership here. You hold the source and every account it runs on, so nobody can lock you out or switch it off.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
It helps, but it is not required. The purchase includes step-by-step setup documentation that walks through every account and key. If you can follow a checklist and paste environment variables, you can stand it up. If you get stuck, email [email protected] and we will point you straight.
How is this different from Circle or Mighty Networks white-label tiers?
Their white-label is a plan you rent. Disciple and Honeycommb run hundreds a month, and Mighty Networks reserves full white-label for a custom Pro contract priced by negotiation. Here white-label is the default, because you own the code. There is no higher tier to upgrade to.
What can I not do with the license?
You cannot resell or redistribute the platform source code itself, original or modified, and you cannot build a competing community-platform product from it. Everything else is fair game. Run paid communities, launch client communities, and build or sell add-on modules.
