The math

The webinar stack, rented versus owned.

Skool Pro + Zoomthe typical community + meeting stack~$6,690 + fees
Zoom aloneits own yearly subscriptionanother five years of subscription fees
Seedly Communities$399 once + Daily usage at cost$399 once

Five-year totals at prices publicly listed July 2026, verify before you rely on them. Your Daily account bills usage directly to you with no markup from us, and there is no plan tier metering your hours.

How It Works

In plain English.

1

Schedule or go live now

Live sessions attach to events or start on the spot.

2

Members join in one click

Pre-join check, then into the room.

3

Run the room

Screenshare, chat, hand-raise, captions, whiteboard.

4

The recap posts itself

Recording uploads and a feed post publishes automatically.

Streaming hour caps are a rent mechanism.

Circle and Mighty Networks meter live streaming by plan tier. Run long enough sessions and you are shopping upgrades. Zoom is another yearly subscription on top beside the community bill, and the recording lives in Zoom's cloud on Zoom's retention rules.

Here live video is a module of a platform you bought once for $399. Sessions record automatically and the recap publishes into a feed you own. And the honest plumbing, the video pipes run on Daily, a best-in-class video network you connect with your own account and pay at cost. No markup, no hour caps from us, no plan tiers to outgrow.

Your live sessions become your content library, in your community, under your control.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need any other service to go live?

Yes, one. Live video runs on Daily, a dedicated video infrastructure provider, and you connect your own Daily account with an API key. Recordings store to a blob storage account you also control. The platform orchestrates all of it, but the video network is a real dependency and we would rather tell you that here than surprise you in setup.

Are there streaming hour caps?

Not from us. There is no plan tier metering your hours because there are no plan tiers. Your Daily account has its own usage pricing, which you pay at cost with no markup from us.

What happens to recordings?

Every session records to the cloud automatically, and when you end the stream a recap post with the embedded recording publishes to your feed. Members who missed it catch up without you lifting a finger.

Can I restrict a livestream to a paid tier?

Yes. Live sessions respect audience restrictions the same way events do, so a session for the top tier stays with the top tier.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. The live layout is fully responsive with a dedicated mobile view, and the included Capacitor app shells wrap the same experience for iOS and Android.

What does the Daily usage cost look like?

Daily bills by participant minutes at its published rates, and you pay Daily directly at cost. For a typical weekly call with a few dozen members it is a small line item. Check Daily's pricing page against your own numbers before you commit.

What does it cost to run?

The license is $399 once. After that you pay your own hosting and the accounts the platform runs on, which for a typical community lands in the tens of dollars a month, not hundreds. There is no per-member fee and no cut of your revenue.
