At $2,000 a month of member revenue those cuts are real money, forever, and they scale with your success. This platform takes 0% because it structurally cannot. Checkout runs on your own Stripe keys and there is no fee code to turn on. The whole platform is $399 once, and after that the only parties in your revenue are you and Stripe.

Questions, answered.
Is it really 0%? What is the catch?
Really. Payments run through your own Stripe account with your own keys, so there is no mechanism for us to take a percentage even if we wanted one. You pay Stripe's standard processing fee and nothing else. The catch, honestly, is that you run the platform yourself, which is the whole trade.
What happens when a payment fails?
The platform handles the lifecycle through Stripe webhooks. Failed payments and expiring trials follow the rules you set, and members can fix their own billing from their account page instead of emailing you.
Can I offer free trials and coupons?
Yes. Trial length is per tier, and coupons can be fixed or percentage, single-use or multi-use. Both are built in, not add-ons.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes, and that is a feature, not a footnote. Checkout, payouts, disputes, and customer records all live in your Stripe account from day one, so your payment history is never hostage to a community platform.
Can members upgrade or cancel themselves?
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are self-service from the member's own account page, along with their invoice history. Fewer support tickets for you.
What currencies are supported?
USD and GBP today. That is the honest list, not a euphemism for everything.
