Getting out
Getting out of GoKollab, honestly.
No importer exists, from us or anyone, and GoKollab's member export path is not well documented yet, the product is young. If you are on it today, the honest advice is to leave early, while the community is still small enough to move by hand.
The playbook is the same as every platform exit. Collect your members' emails, invite them through Seedly's invite links and email invites, re-seed your cornerstone content before people arrive, and run both spaces in parallel while members migrate. Payments re-anchor on your own Stripe with a fresh opt-in.

When GoKollab is the right call
If you are happily paying for GoHighLevel today and want a free community bolted onto the stack you already run, GoKollab is the obvious first thing to try, and free is free. The Discover marketplace is distribution Seedly does not have, and the zero-commission pitch deserves credit at face value.

I already pay for GoHighLevel. Should I just use GoKollab?
Maybe, honestly. If the community is a side feature of a business that lives in GHL anyway, trying the free tier costs you nothing. If the community is the business itself, owning the platform outright means your members, content, and revenue no longer sit inside a vendor's account system.
Can I move my GoKollab community to Seedly?
There is no importer, and GoKollab's export capability is not well documented yet. The realistic path is collecting member emails, inviting everyone through Seedly's invite links, and re-seeding content by hand. The younger the community, the easier the move.
Does Seedly Communities integrate with Seedly CRM?
A one-way outbound sync ships in the platform. Member lifecycle, payment, email, and community chat events post to Seedly CRM as signed webhooks, configured from the admin Integrations screen with a test button and a failed-sync retry queue. Two-way sync, where the CRM writes back into the community, is not part of the product, and we will not pretend otherwise.
